Two ways to build with us.

AIC NSUT is an Atal Incubation Centre at Netaji Subhas University of Technology, supported by the Atal Innovation Mission, NITI Aayog, and promoted by NSUT, Govt. of NCT of Delhi. We run as a Section 8 not-for-profit. Founders come to us for one of two things: full incubation, or specific help with capital and facilities. Pick the track that fits.

Track 1 · Equity-linked

Incubation

For MVP and prototype-stage startups, with or without a registered company. We work with you for 12 months, extendable up to 24.

Up to ₹10 lakhin support, credits and access
  • Compliance, handledIncorporation, ROC filings, 12 months of accounting, GST, audit, DPIIT and MSME registration.
  • IP and legalTrademark filing, provisional patent or design filing, founders' agreement, ESOP policy, contract vetting.
  • Design and go-to-marketBrand identity, website, investor deck and demo day material.
  • Space and computeDedicated workspace seats, metered GPU hours every month, and facilitated cloud credits.
  • Mentors and investorsA dedicated mentor, the full mentor network, and introductions to our investor network and funding opportunities.

Track 2 · Paid

Capital and facilities

For startups that want to raise, or need specific facilities, without equity-based incubation. Take one part or both.

₹0upfront for fundraising support

  • Part A. Facilities

    Workspace, GPU compute, prototyping, test and lab access, compliance and IP services. Paid at our rate card. NSUT alumni get 50% off workspace.

  • Part B. Fundraising

    We get you investor-ready, find and introduce the right investors, run outreach and follow-ups on your behalf, and support you through the transaction.

Pay for what you use, at the rate card.

Fundraising

Success fee on capital raised, payable in cash or equity.
