AIC NSUT runs on a ₹10 Cr grant from AIM, NITI Aayog, so there is no application fee and no upfront charge to get started. Track 1 (Incubation) is equity-linked, with terms set out in the incubation agreement. Track 2 (Capital and facilities) is pay-as-you-use for facilities at our rate card, plus a success fee only on capital we help you raise.
No. Applications are open to any startup, and our Selection Committee picks the ones we can genuinely help. NSUT alumni founders get a 50% concession on workspace.
For Track 1, you need an MVP or a working prototype. You do not need a registered company yet; we can help you incorporate. For Track 2, you should be ready to raise, or need specific facilities to get to the next stage. We lean towards AI, drones, SaaS, IoT, consumer tech and AI-led fintech, but a strong team in another sector is still worth a conversation.
Track 1 is equity-linked, and the exact terms are in the incubation agreement you sign with us. Track 2 does not take equity for facilities. For fundraising support, the success fee on capital raised can be paid in cash or in equity.
Support worth up to ₹10 lakh: compliance and statutory filings, IP and legal work, design and go-to-market material, workspace seats, metered GPU compute and cloud credits, a dedicated mentor, and access to our investor network and funding opportunities.
Seats at AIC NSUT on the 4th Floor, TBI Building, Library Block, NSUT, with meeting space, AI compute, and prototyping and test facilities. Track 1 startups get dedicated seats as part of the package; Track 2 startups can book at the rate card.
